Description:
A low profile helically corrugated polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE) hose tape reinforced Covered with layer of stainless steel (SS304) high tensile wire braid for pressure enhancement. The corrugations enable the hose to have A significantly smaller bend radius than the smooth bore, providing improved performance in applications involving sharp bends and vibrations.

Materials properties:

PTFE is an engineering plastic resin in the Fluorocarbon group. PTFE an extremely low co-efficient of friction, excellent anti-stick properties, does not tast, smell, burn or age, and is not affected by UV light.

Temperature range: -60ºC - +220 ºC

Pressure capability:

The pressure ratings in this data sheet have been measured with the hose in a condition at 20ºC with correct hydraulic style fittings crimp/swage attached using specifically designed crimp/swage sleeves. In general, the stated working pressure applies throughout the temperature range.
